Quality Assurance Manager Local Reading company is looking for an experienced QA Manager with 8+ years food manufacturing & QA experience. Knowledge of PMO's & experience with the USDA is required. Responsibilities include: Management of the lab and supervise lab technicians Have full responsibility for the entire quality program for the plant Perform duties related to analyses of all raw, intermediate & finished product results for bacterial & component quality trends Perform routine plant audits & advise Production of changes to procedures Assure that routine testing & sampling occur as required to meet State & Federal requirements Minimum 8 years food manufacturing/QA experience B.S. in Food Science Supervisory experience that includes management of lab/lab technicians Knowledge of PMO's and experience with USDA Proficient in MS Word & Excel Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
